Mark is a seasoned entrepreneur, business advisor and business owner. At present, he is the owner of Senior Helpers Boston & South Shore, one of the top performing Senior Helpers franchises in the country.

VP of Services and Operations, Assured Allies

Mark also currently serves as Vice President of Services and Operation with Assured Allies, a venture-backed innovator in Longevity Risk Management for long-term care insurance. He leads the risk assessment and case management function for the policyholder base.

Mark also serves as an Advisory board member for several professional services and product companies.

Mark is an advocate for home care licensing and standardized practices in MA, where none currently exist. He serves on the private duty advisory committee of the Home Care Alliance of MA. He has served as a faculty member in Lasell College’s E.L.D.E.R. Partnership Program. He is also one of two certified trainers in Massachusetts of the Virtual Dementia Tour (VDT®), a teaching tool that replicates the physical phases of dementia.

Previously, Mark was Partner of and Managing Director for the Americas for ECSI Consulting, a boutique consultancy focused on Innovation and Growth.  He was the founder and managing partner at Real Time Strategy - a general management consultancy where he specialized in strategy development and implementation with a focus on troubled organizations.  He also served as Vice President and Head of Retail for Adidas US and Canada.


Mark holds an MSIA (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University (now The Tepper School of Business) with High Distinction and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
